Sandra Salinas earned her law degree in 1991 from Western State University where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1988 in Economics from Chapman University. She has more than five years of extensive legal experience as a practicing attorney and an additional five years as a legal secretary prior to her admission to the California State Bar. She is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar.
