Sandra Ilene Salinas is certified as a family law specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.

Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from Chapman University and earned her law degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.
