Certified Family Law Specialist, Of-Counsel

Sandra Ilene Salinas is certified as a family law specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.

She is of counsel to the law firm of Feinberg & Waller, APC,. Sandra is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court. 

Sandra has extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney. She is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar of California.

Education

Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from Chapman University and earned her law degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.

Ms. Salinas' practice at Feinberg & Waller, APC,, APC is devoted exclusively to family law, where she is a highly regarded member of the firm's senior attorney team. She represents individuals on complex issues involving characterization and apportionment of marital property. She is also instrumental in assisting clients in high-conflict custody matters.

Sandra is a thought leader in the family law community. She has been a guest speaker for Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) - Regents of the University of California for The Basics Conference regarding child and spousal support issues, The Family Law Conference - "Custody and Support Issues for Highly Mobile and International Families," and webinars such as Family Law Intensive Courses regarding property, procedure, and support issues.

Sandra has also co-authored an article with Marshall W. Waller, "No Small Matter: Domestic Violence, Child Custody and Family Code Section 3044," published for Valley Lawyer Magazine, a publication by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
