1Our intake process helps us determine if we can handle your matter while managing the needs of our existing clients. Our case intake manager will ask you basic questions. Feinberg & Waller, APC, limits the number of cases we accept because we’ve found that selectivity advances our commitment to excellence.

During the intake process, we run a conflict check to ensure we have not previously spoken with the other party in your matter. If we determine that there is no conflict, our case intake manager will go over our option of hourly billing or a tailored fixed pricing structure and the price range should the potential client choose to retain us hourly. While some clients may prefer to be billed hourly, our fixed pricing model may better align with your matter by offering personalized pricing structures and client participation in pricing decisions. Our price caps provide financial certainty, empowering you to make informed decisions while shifting the risk away from unpredictable costs.

We will schedule your Matter Analysis sessions with one of Feinberg & Waller, APC's Certified Family Law Specialists, along with an intake session conducted by one of our skilled paralegals. During these critical Matter Analysis sessions, our seasoned specialists will meticulously assess your case to identify and evaluate potential outcomes and strategic options.
